You can see that it is a great hotel once, but could not keep up with the trends. It's not coping up with covid well too. I called 2 days before checking in to ask about the Covid protocol and the staffs on the other end was not helping at all. Not friendly, bit grumpy, far from customer service standard. While all other hotels that I've visited provide in room breakfast, breakfast at this hotel have to be done in the restaurant. IN BUFFET. DURING COVID-19. My wife chose not to take the breakfast because we brought our infant baby and eating buffet is just too risky. We chose to buy deliveries instead. Food in the hotel is mediocre at best. They mentioned breakfast is from 7 to 9, I came down at 7, nothing was ready yet. The staffs are far from friendly. Air conditioner is not cold enough that our baby was sweating during the day.
