Britney, the worst Customer Service Rep EVER!!!! ...

Britney, the worst Customer Service Rep EVER!!!! I ordered a Double-Double Burger with ** NO CHEESE**. I repeated twice, and she confirmed my order without the cheese. Then, I got a burger, FULL CHEESE. Kindly, I spoke to Nicole (Customer Service Rep), to let her know what happened, she was super nice and offered to change the burger. Two minutes later, she said I had to talk to the cashier (Britney) to let her know about it. I understood, I did not mind to talk to Britney, and from zero, Britney started yelling at me, saying that I had to pay again for a new burger because it was what It was. She did not recognize her mistake, she was super rude, raising her voice against me, moving her hands up and down. I felt very intimidated because of her attitude. I kept my position asking for my new burger. In the end, she went inside the kitchen and a few seconds later started yelling at me from far that It was my "lucky day" because she was in the "mood' to give me a new burger. IN FRONT OF ALL CUSTOMERS!!! Honestly, I did get my burger, no cheese. But I didn't eat it, knowing she might spite my burger or something. People like Britney, should not be working in Customer Service. Such a horrible service. Never coming back. This happened on Sunday, August 11th 2019 at 3:55pm.
