Useless, one star is too much. This company happily take visitors money but do not provide a service. We used this company over the holiday weekend just gone, on Sunday we collected our tickets tube told the city centre route was cancelled for the day because the roads were too busy... Not really given an apology just told that was how it was. We would have walked away then only had paid for this before travel through our travel agent. The next day
Then next day we set off to go to saucilito on order to go across the golden gate Bridge. On our way after queuing for a whole in union square managed to get a seat. At fisherman's wharf we were told to get off to let other passengers on who had waited there over an hour. We all sat firmly as we had all waited some time too. We got to the golden gate Park to change got off the bus with promises that there were 2 more buses to saucilito to come. The bus did turn up a ten minutes later but said it was not going back over the bridge today as... Guess what it was too busy.
Holiday weekends do not come along accidentally. This company did not plan properly, oversubscribed it's services happy to take money for a service it could not possibly provide. Please use an alternative company if you can or get a muni card and ride wherever you want on a great public transport infrastructure... I would be doing this if we ever happened to get the opportunity to travel this way again. Our travel agent will also be advised by ourselves not to use this company again.
