I have worked for Capital Management for over 18 years, and that should say something for the company. Coming out of Nursing school, I never thought I would be in the position I am today, and I could not be happier.

Remember, we make our career and need to work hard for it; nothing comes easy. CMS has advancement opportunities for anyone who wants it. Like any other company, hard work and dedication are the keys to success. I would say taking a chance on CMS is a step in the right direction.
