Bankrupted company, an environment without any structure, and full of stress.
everything is managed by a single person!!!
Most of the good people left the company, Vice Presidents, managers, engineering, purchasing and many other office and plant guys who were with the company from many years ago... . Even the President of the company resigned recently!!!!!

Owners are confused and don't know what to do. They come everyday and looks like they have no serious plan to fix the issues, just trying to protect the company by using different recycles, pushing the operators, ...
