While at the resort during the holidays I understand having the place become more crowded however, there was some extreme under staffing issues during the dining hours. No one was coordinating waiting lines, seating, nor orders. There was one instance where there was one unlucky woman running the bar and dining section. With the amount of people funneling through the place staffing needs should be raised. This could be achieved with hiring people or keeping the employees content with the work load, pay, or needs of the guests. This review is not directed at the staff in any way they did the best possible job they could with the lack of others. The issue here is the corporate.
