If I could give ZERO stars I would. Worst customer service experience ever by the OWNER!

Making a mistake is one thing, but being rude and stubborn/stupid about it is where you lose me. Literally the worst experience in my 26+ years of being in business.

Called another printer and they took my order.. will be ready exactly wen I needed it. Lots of great printers out there. This is NOT one of them.

Especially knowing it was a rush/important job, and even worse decision. Wasted my time and put me in a harder spot. Clearly he doesn't care about his customers. (or at least not the new ones)

Shame on you Troy! :(
