HSTF has the difficult position of working on the boundary between one of the most quickly gentrified areas of Boston and a large enclave of government subsidized housing, complete with the trappings of what that entails. Given that, they offer a number of good programs for youth, and have obviously helped JP stay diverse (in a good way) while the region pulls itself up.
