We were very pleased with the service from Abbas Efir and Sarah Edwards of Benham & Reeves. Sarah helped us with the handover process and found us a very good tenant. She has helped us with everything we requested. Abbas provided us with superb service and we were impressed. Both of them still continued to provide advice even after our tenant moved out which has been extremely helpful. Overall, we are very pleased with their service and professional management. We would definitely recommend Benham & Reeves for anyone looking to rent out their property.
