Excellent concierge. I have been living here for almost a year and often travel - leaving the apartment vacant.

On one of my recent trips, after a 22hour flight from Paris, I came to an apartment without any form of necessities. I had no wifi, my local number had been held and electricity was not available.

It was during this time when I approached he concierge to help me out. I was thankful that Lisa Micelotta was around. Due to the jet lag and everything that was going on, I broke down. Lisa was so kind as to come talk to me and clam me down, moreover she let me use her personal phone to make the relevant calls to restore everything back.

I will be forever thankful for her help that day, and also, it is a great pleasure to see her in the mornings as she never fails to greet you in a warm and genuine way.

Thanks for all your help Lisa Micelotta! You have made my years stay here very plesant indeed. I will miss you!
