My mother and I came to The Ranch for a girls week...

My mother and I came to The Ranch for a girls weekend and could not have been more disappointed. Upon check-in, we were greeted and told that we had to enable Wi-Fi calling at which time the receptionist looked to my mom, then to me, and said I would probably know how to do it, insinuating my mother was tech-incapable. Since our room was not yet ready, the receptionist stated the number they had on file to call when it was ready. I gave her a different number, informing her the number on file was our house phone. Still, my father informed us that they called our house to tell us our room was ready. We went to the Harvest restaurant following check-in and had to send our well-done request back when it was served cut in half and very pink. We visited the restaurant 2 more times and each time they forgot some aspect of our order and neglected to give us utensils. We got a treatment at their Sycamore Spa and the experience was uncomfortable. The masseuse repeatedly put my extremities on his stomach and the massage was incredibly poor. One evening we interacted with an employee who asked about our stay. When we mentioned our list of problems about the restaurant, he candidly responded that he actually had heard this many times before. Finally, during turndown service they took our towels and did not leave replacements. When we called for towels, it took over an hour for them to deliver the items. I strongly advise you look elsewhere for a relaxing stay.
