Ordered a next day delivery desk that never arrive...

Ordered a next day delivery desk that never arrived, had to chase them up via email and was told that it would take 3 months. Asked to cancel my order and now they have gone completely silent and impossible to get through to on the phone.

Will be taking this up with the appropriate authorities now.
