I had a small issue with my billing on my end which was fixed. I had my bank call customer service to take my card out of a hard decline status. They assured us, it would be done. I try again two weeks later. Planet Fitness still will not take my card. Weeks later I get emails and text messages asking me to change my billing info to something that works even though my card now works everywhere else I use it.

Checked my credit bill. Turns out they have been charging me.
