Most of the positive reviews are given by brokers or their sells person. For actual feed back, check with existing buyers directly. They have very poor construction quality and Park Express, Balewadi building was collapsed 2 year back and 9 labor died. Think twice before buying it else don't blame to govt in case of any misshapes.
