I am a fairly new BMW owner and have now had my car at Best Motor Werks twice. Being very unfamiliar with European cars, I was concerned in who I could find to trust. John and his crew are some of the most customer-focused people you will ever meet. Whether I'm calling for advice about my car over the phone or I need to take my car in to get checked, they have always been incredibly helpful. I will always use Best Motor Werks for my BMW and I would recommend them to anyone with needs for their BMW or Mini.
