Whenever i call to report a car accident or ask for advice on a situation going on in my neighborhood the dispatchers always talk over me and seem really fed up. I'm sorry if I annoyed anyone. I just was looking for some help. Which is like their jobs. :( I get that some people are super annoying and maybe i'm one of those people but you should have some level of training to talk to the public. I gave two stars because the two times i actually needed an officer they were amazing.
