The room is nice, the view is okay i got my room view overlooking the garden. The staffs are friendly and they offered helps. Why I give this hotel a 3 star? Due to their management with designated smoking area. I stayed here with another 2 families because of their high rank in several sites and its children friendly. What a shock when we got to the hotel and the lobby was full of smokers. The breakfast room was also smelled smokes from cigarretes. Granted they have differeny area for smoking but still, some of the guests sit quite close to the family area and you can smell all the smokes for breakfast! In the evening, i went down to the Jacuzzi only to find 1 guy smokes right in pool! The officer came like 5 minutes later but its too late. The smell of smokes is everywhere. I wish they are quite strict about smoking policy as this hotel is supposed to be family friendly.
