The technician installed the cooker and we discovered that he did not install properly and kept some loose keys and gaps that is fire hazard and safety issues. we report that on 10th of February right after the technician left the Clint's location.

we complained same to customer service and asked them to send the technician back to the client to fixed and complete the job, customer service do NOT care and they just logged the issue as maintenance request. how can you consider Incomplete job and faulty product as maintenance request??????

second issue, is that I bough the product on 10th of Feb, Universal company dated the warranty 14h of January , one month before I bough the product !!!!!!!!

when i complained to customer service and asked to prioritize the issue and send the technician back immediately to fix what he spoiled, the gave me an unacceptable response and silly excuse that the management has not approve the prioritization :(
Now, till the time to send back he technician, we can NOT use the faulty cooker, othwises, we put our lives in 100% risk

This is the first time with Universal, very disappoint and bad experience.
