those who are joining this company ..have a read to this .. i don't have the option to rate below one star if i would i will definitely rate this company to minus star .. one of the worst company if i ever seen .. those who really going to join this company they might have to forget about their life,family damn every single things .and most importantly they might loose their communication also..no work culture at all. most importantly they will provide you the salary .. lol hahaha ...sorry .. you got it ?? that's what happen when you join them... and you never ever get placed in another company too because you never learn anything.. one thing for sure you rather be a begger or jobless than working in alpha systems ..

below are the points

1- growth wise - no you will eventually fell into a well in future
2- salary and hike - 1000 percent sure you wont get
3- technology - hahahah --- you know what i mean ..
4- communication -- refer point number 3 please

if above words does not change your mind .. then may god help you buddy :) have a great years guys those who are joining :) cheers :P
