The first plumber I had come out from A#1 told me my disposable needed to be fixed, as my old one was causing the backup in my kitchen sink. I replaced the old one, but it didn't fix the problem.

I called A#1 a second time and they sent out Jeff. He knew right away what the problem was and fixed it in no time at all. He was very polite and helpful. They did not charge me for the second fix, since they should have fixed it right the first time, which was very appreciated.

The customer service at A#1 is great. They are extremely informative about when your technician will arrive, often giving me several calls throughout the day on where I am at in line.
