I would give you zero stars if possible. I've been an avid Ticket listener for 25 years, so thought I'd give you a chance to give me a quote on 2 new systems (5 ton/3 ton 16 seer, 2 stage heat pumps). I contacted you via chat feature on your website and was promptly texted - which was great. I then texted with dispatch that said someone would come between 2-5 PM to give me a quote on 2 completely new systems. NOT ONLY DID YOU NO-SHOW YOU DIDN'T EVEN CONTACT ME AND I CANCELED PLANS TO BE HOME ALL DAY. That evening I texted back with dispatch to let them know I was no-showed and very unhappy AND STILL RECEIVED NO RESPONSE BACK AFTER THE NO-SHOW. You've now lost out on a $14,000 to $25,000 job depending on what we choose this week from your competition because of your lack of professionalism. Just a heads up to others on deciding who to use -call Tom's Mechanical in Arlington.
