Called for a service appointment. Was transferred from service to the body shop incorrectly and transferred back to service. She didn't apologize just put me back on hold. After being on the phone for a total of 10 minutes I was transferred without being told to another number and reached a VM. Just to make an appointment... I called Hudson Nissan and scheduled my appointment there instead.
