So really I'm just shocked at how the counselors treat clients. I make a contract with them, so far everything is going well, I send the documents and photos of the vehicle with the code they gave me by email. The photos are not good so I always do them again with the code given when I have to send the sticker, that's where it all starts. I call to find out where the final sticker is because I was told that the file was complete, well the young woman on the phone allowed me to say, "YOU ONLY HAVE TO WAIT, TODAY SATURDAY WE DO NOTHING. " uuuuh seriously that's how we talk to a new client who just wants to be in good standing on the road. In addition, I tell her that I never received the temporary certificate, well she hangs up on me. despite everything she sent it to me. Then again a problem the code does not match, I remind by telling them that it is the code that I have in the mail, I even made them photos of my personal computer proving to them that I have the correct code. The advisor tells me that indeed, there is an error in their server that he sent back the info that I will have the final sticker in 2 days. Well 1 week later, I have to call you again because I don't understand I have nothing as a final email and no thumbnail. I REMIND...
The counselor tells me that the counselor who manages my spouse's file starts at 2:30 p.m. and sends him the message to call me back. I tell him that I work from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. that he must really call back because for the start of the file, it starts badly, she reassures me, no, she will call you back.
4.30 p.m. no call, I must take a break to call, and there the adviser who processes our file tells my spouse (who this time to call because he was fed up) that we have not redone the code so no thumbnail, he tells him that we were told that we did not have to redo the photos. The advisor allows himself to say, it is you who need the insurance not me so if you do not want to take the photos it is your problem not mine.
Waaaaaw !!! hat you wonder who the customer is.
Suddenly, I remake the photos and told my spouse that I call back to confirm with them that the photos have been received, I shouldn't have done so because I fell back on the advisor who didn't let me put a note.
By saying to me: your spouse called, you want what, I received your photos. I get angry and tell him to start lowered in a tone because there it starts to do well because I am a consultant and I never speak like that to my clients.
I also ask him why he did not call at 2:30 p.m. as planned, he answers listen it's been 5 min that we are talking, the file is good you will have the sticker tomorrow by speaking of 20.05.2020 and well to this day still no final sticker.
So frankly, we had a motorcycle insurance to take too, I think we will go our way because euro-insurance does not treat its customers properly, the customer is not king, but a minimum of respect for the people who go you give their money it's the least you can do.
I'm waiting for the end of the week and if I don't have the sticker, I called AGAIN !!!
