At first, I used CTSI for my computers at my business. The past 5 years, it has been doing downhill. Now, unless it's a major problem, I have to figure out the solution myself. It used to be where they were on call 24/7/365, but now, I am considering switching to invision, due to the lack of support and management.

Downsides to CTSI:
1. Lack of communication and lack of management
2. Business support has been lacking the past 2-5 years
3. Seems like the company is looking for more than a profit than supporting their customers.
4. Lack of keeping equipment updated and managing equipment.
5. Every time you call after hours you get a voicemail

Upsides of switching to Invision Technologies
1. 24/7/365 support from anyone at the business if you have any problem
2. Remote support anytime there is a problem
3. Keeps devices and systems updated and running properly. And systems are monitored to make sure there is no problems in the future.
4. Cares about their customers and will go out of their way to help you in any way possible.
5. When calling after hours, you tell the system your phone number and you get a call back in normally less than 5 minutes.

If I was a business, I would stay away from CTSI if all possible. Their lack of communication and support over the years is enough for me to switch and never recommend CTSI to anyone. Invision Technologies seems to be on the better side of business support, and seems to be more professional. I would recommend Invision Technologies to anyone. I highly do not recommend anyone keeping a contract or starting a partnership with CTSI. We are switching to Invision as soon as our contract is over with CTSI.
