Whose idea was it to give MDX control over the DMV? With that much power, MDX doesn't have to care about whether they are charging for tolls already paid by SunPass, or billing you 8-12 months after the fact, in large batches that you cannot pay all at once, so they can assess a ridiculous "collections fee." Because all they have to do is wait for your tag to expire and they'll get whatever amount they want, since even the DMV cannot override MDX's "registration hold."
