An EDIT to this review. I received a call from the team manager who was cordial, professional and apologetic, which is the professionalism that I am acustume to. It would be a pleasure to work with him and the agency and see what my future holds for me.

I found the agency to be unresponsive to emails. Was stood up for a Skype interview.
