I was on hold with them for almost 15 minutes, then got disconnected. So I call back and am on hold for 20 minutes, at which time I get a recorded message saying that they're "sorry" that all the operators are busy and to try again later. Seriously?

Thanks, government. Can I have ALL of my taxes back?
