First arrival - perfect to specs I requested, but just off. I messed up. They made a recommendation and fixed it, re-sent it, HOW ON EARTH DID THEY SEE 4 PICTURES AND MAKE TWEAKS TO IT AND HAVE IT ARRIVE PERFECTLY. *Still in shock*
