Went into Veras on an impulse. I just got done at the doctor's and long story short they didn't take me very seriously. Which was hurtful I was alone and I wanted dress shopping experience to be better. They had a consultant call me and she was great but had to go to another appointment and then another lady took over ( was older had glasses) and she seemed more annoyed with me than ready to help. I did find my dress there. However, they made me feel like dirt because I was alone and thought I wasn't a serious buyer.
