I was expecting much more from a Fairmont. Service average (looks like employees don't like to work there), check-in too late (4pm), room being clean only at the end of the day (5pm), kid's playground dangerous and not properly done, arcade is a joke (games from the 90's and no maintenance) rental equipment in bad shape (we rented 2 bikes and one of them the handle was loose, and we almost had an accident, they only said sorry). I was waiting for a survey and never got one, so I guess they don't care what clients have to say.
