Alla created the worst possible experience anyone could ever ask for. She was so unprofessional and rude. We had an appointment at 11, she wasn t there.. I called her twice in a 20 minute time span with no answer. She finally called me and said she forgot about our appointment and will be there soon. Finally shows up and she looked like she just rolled out of bed and had been up all night doing who knows what. The whole tour was awful. I asked reasonable questions and she acted like I was inconveniencing her and was a bother. The home was beautiful and I would have loved to have it but I couldn t bare the thought of working with this lady.
