When turning away a new patient they don t say I ...

When turning away a new patient they don t say I m sorry but we can t treat you. They simply say We can t treat you. Which hurts. They also don t offer alternative options, like other places or doctors to call. Mind you, this is after filling out a 20+ page stack of forms & accepting you into their patient portal. The reason I was declined could ve been mentioned in the first phone call. When working with mentally fragile people, you as a company should take more care into how you treat your possible clients. I m left with no alternatives & a sense of abandonment after speaking with Becky.
