Worst experience in a moving company I have ever had. Not only did they coordinate with one of the few companies who actually has a worse rating by customers (Rockeys Moving and Storage). Then they misplaced our things and missed the promised delivery date by 14 days, and at no point even attempted to contact us to let us know they will miss the day, or anything by that means... They then did not validate the authorized item recipients for the rescheduled delivery, when i spoke with them the day before to confirm there would be an actual delivery, due to their track record. I told them by name who would be present (Spouse), and when the delivery company called to confirm the drop off, they made me aware my spouse was not on the authorized recipients list. All in all, a horrible experience and the military transportation system should remove them as an available provider.
