Reservations were booked in May with breakfast included, but when we arrived at the resort, we were told that we had to pay extra for breakfast, which was an extra cost for 4 rooms. We had dinner reservations for the Eclipse restaurant on Saturday evening at 6,15pm for 12guests, which was a 50th wedding anniversary. At 5,00pm I got a phone call at my room, telling me that the reservation has been cancelled because there was a shortage of staff due to 4 weddings. All other restaurants at the resort were fully booked at that time. The manager tried to help us, but the whole experience was very upsetting.
Most upsetting was that apparently nobody was responsible for the whole mess. The only answers we got for every issue was, I DON'T KNOW HOW THAT COULD HAVE HAPPENED.
Not a good way to run a resort.
