Lenny, the best door man ever, welcome you like a princess. He is such a gentleman. Each time we come to OMNI Berkshire place NY, we look forward to that warm welcome. Also, Danielle, assistant director and Jassica, they are amazing. They take care of us. They make sure we are happy and satisfied. We feel home at this hotel. We are close to fifth avenue, great shopping. 10 min walk to Central Park, amazing location, 10 min walk to Time Square. Finally and not the last, the rooms are clean, bed comfortable, everything is perfect . Congratulations to all, you all make us feel home and VIP. Thank you so much. We cannot wait to come back.
