Review of Hyatt Place Waikiki Beach

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for the first time (not our first time to Oahu though...we come every year like clockwork ), and although our first 4 days there were some communication problems with housekeeping (why 4 stars, and not 5) it was resolved by staff promptly, and we would like to say thank you to all who assisted. We were promised a refund for our troubles, and Hyatt Place kept their word, and my card was refunded in a very timely manner. Other than that, our stay was pleasant. It was quiet, one block away from Waikiki beach; literally a 3 minute walk, and everything you could need can be found either in the hotel itself, or at your local ABC store just steps away from the hotel. We hope to stay on a higher floor next time, because we do plan on staying here again next year. We have stayed at many different hotels along Waikiki beach, and for the price, this is an excellent place to stay! Hotel is clean and well kept, and checking in and out were both done within minutes, and that's so important on flight days. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family
