My service contact, Alex Ramirez, was cordial and succinct and handled my issue(s) with the proper information and no pressure to have Magnussen perform the needed work. I appreciate that one issue with my vehicle was checked and came back as a non-problem. This means that I can trust them not to fabricate a repair to make money.
