Do not do business here! They'll do anything to make an extra buck or two on any deal. And they especially like to take deposits on purchase contracts which have small language on the back saying they are non-refundable. They are a bunch of underhanded crooks who will stop at nothing to soak you dry. Buyer beware. Better yet, just stay away!
