On December 5, 2019, I took my husband to the ECMC emergency room, I parked my vehicle in the disabled area, I handed the keys to the young man from Vallet parking (because they ask for them) at about two hours I left and no I saw my vehicle in the parking lot and asked why they had taken it out and the young man told me they were hospital rules, but they had put another vehicle that didn't even have a disabled card, I claimed the young man and he told me that vehicle It was theirs. I looked for the supervisor's number and they gave me his name (Jeff) I talked to him and he didn't solve anything. To sink the service further, when I left the hospital at 1 in the morning, there was another person waiting for someone from the Vallet parking lot who will look for his car in 20 minutes, then I asked in the emergency room if they could call someone and he replied that the cars were moving, another young woman arrived who had been waiting for an hour, we had to remove the keys from the tablet and find our cars by ourselves. The service is the worst I've seen. I do not recommend it.
