The management at Tuscany Apartments at 725 S Hual...

The management at Tuscany Apartments at 725 S Hualapai Way in Las Vegas is totally unresponsive to problems at this complex. For the past number of months I've been unable to exit my garage because of cars blocking my point of egress. Despite numerous complaints this problem has not been properly addressed. Unfortunately I had been violently ill for several days this week. When I needed to exit my garage to go to urgent care I was unable to do so as I was blocked by someone parking in front of the garage next to me and about 1/3 of the way in front of my garage. Yesterday when I needed to go to the pharmacy to get an rx the neighbor across from me parked a large SVU in front of her garage blocking me in. I called the office and they did NOTHING!!!!!!
The other major problem here is that owners often do not clean up after their dogs and it apparently beneath the dignity of anyone on the staff here to do so. The amount of dog feces here is revolting and despite repeated complaints from myself and other residents no does Anything
Lastly there are rats I find rat droppings on my patio where my dog likes to sun herself. Despite informing the office of this problem there is no evidence that the issue is being addressed near near me
