In personal contact with the company (Mr. Nadia Vourvaxis) for a problem I had with her colors (inexplicably peeled freshly grated), despite repeated assurances that they will contact me, almost two months have passed without reply! The company has photos of the railings (came for autopsy employee)! I asked in writing to give me the result of the chemical analysis that was done but they refused.
They also refused to contact the company's quality manager!
