Worst experience I've ever had with online ordering. Customer service is usuless and can't even spell correctly when replying via email. I was told they were sorry for the "incontinence" it may have caused me.
Jokes aside, I recommend not ordering anything from them online, mainly because I get the feeling they don't really have their act together. My order took 48h to even show on my account's dashboard. I had to reach out to ask about my order's status and that's when they informed me it was on hold for some reason on the vendor's side (that's right, Grand & Toy wasn't selling the item, some other vendor was.). A few hours after that I see the charge to my credit card and a change in status on the dashboard. Because I felt all of this was kinda shady I kept asking for updates, after a day or 2 they email me saying the item is discontinued and I'd be getting my money back. I called back again and Customer Service didn't even know about this email and my order still showed as "in progress" to the representative. I am now waiting for further developments and I honestly can't recommend them.
I just saw a good deal but apparently it was too good to be true. Just go with Best Buy... never had any issues with Best Buy nor their Marketplace sellers.

These guys are a complete joke, incompetent and dishonest.
I was told via email that my money was to be refunded and my order cancelled (read above).
My money was refunded back to my credit card but the order was left on my online G&T account as "being processed". Because of this (I'm guessing) my credit card was charged once again today and customer service was useless when I contacted them. All they do is send emails between departments and there's a complete lack of proper communication between them. One doesn't seem to know what the other does.
I asked for my money back and for my card info to be deleted but the representative told me all she could do was send emails to the credit department... this is unacceptable!!!
Oh and their reply to this review is just for show. I was never contacted and nothing was done about it.
[This review was left on another Google maps location on 44 Frid Street, Hamilton. Both locations share the same website and I actually got a reply on the other location. Not sure what's going on but I'll leave the review here as well].
