We had all our windows replaced mid-late 2016. The installation crew was very professional and knew what they were doing. I was sceptical that they would be able to do the work in a day, but they did, and cleaned up after themselves, they were like a well oiled machine. We haven't noticed any difference in our heat/electric bill, but it's a bit early for that, and difficult to gauge since the weather has been so cold compared to last year. However, our home is much quieter with the new windows, wind, rain, and traffic noise is a fraction of what it was with the old windows. Love it!
The only complaints I have is that with the cold weather, some of the caulking between the window frame and the wall (I haven't checked the exterior caulking) has pulled away from the wall, and that a bit of the factory paint on the exterior frames are scuffed and need a touch-up. I have yet to contact them regarding these issues, but I am not overly concerned about them.
