I had an overall average experience with Rob Wolf & Associates Inc. Their website, robwolfassoc.com, was easy to navigate and provided helpful information about their services. However, I found their customer service to be lacking at times. The staff was not always friendly and did not seem very knowledgeable. I also had some issues with billing, as they were not upfront about all the costs involved. In the end, I got the job done, but it was not a great experience.
