Avoid - They do not stand behind their products. My parents purchased nice couch and sofa from Homemakers less than 1.5 years ago. Noticeable cracks have appeared on both pieces. Contacted customer service and they offered no assistance or guidance on how to repair/stop further damage. Only said "this issue falls outside 1 year warranty policy". Strongly recommend shopping elsewhere.
