Let me first start by saying that I have been a loyal customer for 8 1/2 years. We've purchased two vehicles from them and come for all of our service needs. However, over the last year or so, I have been severely disappointed in changes at this location. My last oil change was scheduled weeks in advance, I showed up on time and waited for over two hours for them to complete! 2 1/2 hours for a simple oil change?! I could chalk that up to perhaps being short-staffed/overwhelmed that day until I called for another oil change and renewal of my oil change plan, spent 15 minutes in an endless cycle of speaking to individuals, clicking through the new (ish) phone system, being put on hold, never getting the person I wanted and ultimately having to call back again just to make a service purchase! I love the guys in the service department (Adam specifically) and they've always been incredibly up front and honest with us but, as a long time customer, the direction they've headed recently is hugely disappointing.
