Got a counselor who listened to us for an hour the...

Got a counselor who listened to us for an hour then admitted he is not a relationship counselor (??). Said we'd be contacted within a week for our next appointment. Fast forward 3 weeks, 2 failed follow ups from our side and promises of getting a call back from Sage we managed to get another counselor. Not bad but she took a side almost immediately which of course wasn't very professional. Oh and mind the Soviet Union decor.... Gave me chills.
