I cannot begin to explain my complaint with this company! I have them currently. I filed a claim last Tuesday and it s now Monday and nothing has been done! although it wasn t my fault I may as well have said it was. My adjuster is a joke. Doesn t communicate with me. I even left a msg with his lead and still nothing. All he said today at 10:20am was someone was going to call me from another department to verify info and it s now 6:30 and no one called. I had gainsco before but I may just step away from them! They don t want to provide a rental even though I m paying for it on my policy. Just want more info ten fold. Should ve stayed where I was! Lesson learned.
