Both my colleague & I had a similair experience. We went to the head office and fitted on a specific size & style prior to placing an order. However, when the trousers arrived, they did not fit as comfortably as the samples we tried on & in fact were so much smaller that we could not wear them at all. I did take the trousers back to them but their response smacked of arrogance. I will not recommend Image makers for corporate wear.
