I purchased a new Ford Edge in August of 2016 from NorthStar Ford. I had a bit of a rocky start with it, due to no fault of NorthStar Ford, and the staff worked hard to make everything right for me. All of the staff, from sales, customer service, (in both the Quick Lane and Service Center,) and Courtesy Car drivers have all been extremely friendly every time I've been there. Sometimes the waits are a little long but the job is done correctly, so that is what matters the most. Besides, they have tvs and fresh coffee in the waiting areas, so it isn't really all that bad. I've had great experiences with NorthStar Ford and I will continue to recommend them to others.
